Calculating and communicating to the Company the amount of PAYE, SDL, Workers Compensation Fund (WCF) and NSSF/PPF payable on a monthly basis.
Sending all reports pertaining to payroll in a manner agreed between the parties.
Assisting in registering employees with Pension Funds and WCF
Preparation of quarterly management accounts/reports
Preparing and posting of adjusting journal entries.
Archiving of all documents and reports
Preparation of statutory accounts/final financial statements
Audit support – during external audits
